Why it works

What a tour actually solves

A virtual tour is not a gimmick. It answers the questions that stop people from walking in.

"Is it clean?"

The question nobody asks out loud before choosing a clinic, hotel or restaurant. A tour answers it silently.

"Is it worth the trip?"

Customers travelling from another town want to know the showroom is big enough to be worth the journey.

"Where exactly is it?"

Tours start at the entrance, so people recognise your door instead of driving past it.

Photos look staged

Anyone can post four flattering photos. A walkthrough cannot hide anything, so it is believed.

Time wasted on tours

Your staff stop giving the same walkthrough to every visitor who is just looking.

Profile looks thin

Listings with a tour hold attention longer, and that engagement feeds back into local ranking.

Businesses where the space is the sell

If a customer's decision depends on what your place looks like inside, a tour pays for itself quickly.

Live on Google Maps, your profile and your website.

Investment

What decides the price

A tour is a one-time cost with no monthly fee. The number depends mostly on how much space there is to capture.

Number of panoramas

A four-room clinic and a three-floor hotel are very different shoots.

Size of the property

Larger spaces need more capture points to feel continuous.

Travel distance

Within Arrah costs less than travelling to another district.

Lighting conditions

Dim interiors need extra lighting and longer processing.

Retouching needs

Blurring faces, removing clutter or fixing signage adds editing time.

Extra deliverables

Drone exteriors, walkthrough video or extra stills from the same visit.

FAQ

Virtual tour questions we get asked

No. We usually shoot during a quiet hour and work around you. Rooms need to be empty of people only for the few seconds each panorama takes, and we can blur any faces that end up in frame.

No. A tour is a one-time project. Once it is published on Google it stays there at no ongoing cost. You would only pay again if you renovate and want it reshot.

Not directly — there is no ranking factor called "has a tour". What it does is keep people on your listing longer and make them more likely to call or ask directions, and those behaviours do feed into local ranking. Treat it as a conversion tool first and a ranking helper second.

Yes. We travel across Bihar and into Uttar Pradesh regularly. Travel is quoted separately and we usually try to schedule nearby shoots on the same trip to keep it economical for everyone.

Indefinitely, as long as your Google Business Profile stays active. The imagery is attached to your listing, not to us, so nothing disappears if you change agencies.

We reshoot just the changed areas rather than the whole property, which keeps the cost down. Old panoramas are replaced so customers never see the outdated version.

Want to see what your space would look like?

Send us a few photos of your premises on WhatsApp. We will tell you how many panoramas it would need and what the tour would cost — no visit required for a rough quote.
