Emails go unread and SMS goes to spam. WhatsApp gets opened within minutes. We set up your business account properly and run campaigns that get replies instead of blocks.

Where it goes wrong
Six ways businesses get WhatsApp blocked
Done badly, WhatsApp marketing gets your number banned. Done properly, it is the best channel you have.
Bought contact lists
Messaging people who never gave their number is how numbers get reported and permanently banned.
Broadcast from a personal number
Sending hundreds of messages from a normal account triggers WhatsApp's spam detection quickly.
Messages at odd hours
An offer at 11 PM does not get read. It gets muted, and often reported.
Same message to everyone
A past customer and a cold enquiry need completely different messages. One blast serves neither.
Nobody answers replies
You send an offer, twenty people reply, and the enquiries sit unread until Monday.
No catalogue or profile
Customers ask for prices individually because nothing is set up for them to browse.
What we set up
Four things WhatsApp can do for you
Most businesses use it only for replying. These are the parts that actually bring revenue.
Broadcast campaigns
Offers · festivals · new stock
Approved message templates sent to customers who opted in, segmented so each group gets something relevant.
The compliance side matters as much as the marketing side. Get it wrong once and you lose the number.

How it runs
Permission first, always
Every step is built so your number stays safe. A banned number costs far more than any campaign earns.

Investment
What decides the price
Setup is one-time. Campaign management is monthly. Meta also charges per conversation on the official API — that is billed to you directly, like ad spend.
Business app or API
The free app suits small volumes; the API is needed for bulk and automation.
Contact list size
Five hundred contacts and fifty thousand are different operations.
Campaign frequency
One campaign a month versus weekly sends changes the workload.
Catalogue size
Loading twenty products is quicker than five hundred with variants.
Automation depth
Simple away messages versus multi-step menu-driven flows.
Who replies
Your team handling chats, or us managing the inbox for you.
FAQ
WhatsApp questions we get asked
Not if it is done properly. Bans come from messaging people who never opted in, sending from a personal account in bulk, or ignoring block reports. We only build opt-in lists and use approved templates through official channels. It is slower to grow, and it does not collapse.
No. This is the one thing we refuse outright. Purchased lists violate WhatsApp's policy, and the ban usually lands on your number, not ours. We would rather help you build a real list from your existing customers, which converts far better anyway.
Not always. If you send to a few hundred contacts and reply from one phone, the free WhatsApp Business app is enough. The API makes sense once you need bulk sending, several people answering the same number, or automation. We recommend the cheaper option when it fits.
On the official API, Meta charges per conversation, and the rate depends on the category and changes periodically. That cost is billed to you directly, exactly like ad spend. Our fee is separate and fixed, so nothing is hidden inside a markup.
Usually yes, though a number cannot be on the personal app and the API at the same time. Many businesses keep the existing number for the API and use a second one for personal chats. We plan this before migrating so you never lose your chat history.
You do. The number, the account and the contact list are yours, and you get an export whenever you ask. We work inside your account, never a shared one.

Other services our clients pair it with
Most results come from two or three of these running together rather than one on its own.
Tell us how many customers you have and how you collect their numbers today. We will tell you honestly whether you need the API or whether the free app is enough.
